You can bring in, display and take down your exhibition at any time during the conference.
It will also be open on July 9th as a preparation day for loading in.
The following are the core time for exhibition and poster presentation.

Exhibition Fee:
$1,100 covers admission for one person to ODF sessions and banquet.
No extra charge for additional attendees participating only in the exhibition.
Additional $600/person for admission to ODF sessions and banquet.

  • Electrical Outlets: The planned power supply capacity to be used must be indicated at the time of application.
    If a very large amount of power is used, this will be discussed separately.

  3. After approval, please send the advertisement image to us by June 14th.
  4. Go to the registration page (open mid-April) and select Exhibition to sign up. Select Non-Member for the additional number of ODF participants if you need.
