The Conference Venue, Taipei International Convention Center (TICC) is located in the foothills of eastern Taipei’s Hsin-yi District, an area where the modern face of Taipei shines through with glass and steel skyscrapers, the tallest building in the world, wide boulevards, and the Taipei World Trade Center complex. As the political, economic, and cultural center of Taipei, the district houses many landmark buildings: the Taipei City Hall, Taipei City Council, National Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall, and Taipei 101 among others.

Airport
  There are two international airports in Taiwan: Taiwan Taoyuan International airport in Taoyuan (about 40km from Taipei City), and Hsiao-Kang Airport in Kaohsiung, which both provide Direct flights between Taiwan and other countries. We suggest you book the flights arrived in Taiwan Taoyuan International airport because it’s near the conference site.   By Cars :  
  Major cities have an abundance of taxis. Charges are NT$70 for the first 1.5km and NT$5 for each additional 300 meters. An additional NT$5 is charged for every two minutes of waiting, and a 20% surcharge is added to fares between 23:00 and 06:00, NT$10 dollars tip needed for cab dispatched by phone and for luggage placed in taxi trunk. Out-of-town or long-distance travels may not apply to meter charge.
50% additional to meter charge needed for cab travel to Taiwan Taoyuan International airport. It costs around NT$1,500 to travel from Taiwan Taoyuan International airport to the conference site.
 
  By Bus :  
 

From Taoyuan International Airport

(1) Board “Toward You Air Bus” to Hyatt Hotel. The journey time is around 70min. You can walk for 200m from Hyatt Hotel to reach the conference site.

(2) Board “Taiwan Bus Corp. Kuokuang Line” to Taipei Railway Station. The journey time is around 50min. Take the Metro Kunyang-Yongning Line (Blue Line) of the mass rapid transit (MRT) system in Taipei to “Taipei City Hall” station. The journey time is around 15min. From exit, then walking (around 500m) on Keelung Rd. directly, then join onto Hsin-yi Rd. and TICC Main Entrance.

(3) By taxi, it costs around TWD1,500 to travel from Taoyuan International Airport to the conference site. The journey time is around 70min.

 
  By MRT :  
  The mass rapid transit system (MRT) in Taipei has five lines in operation (see Route Map). MRT running hours is from 06:00 to 24:00. Auto ticketing slots can be found in MRT stations. "Single-journey Ticket" price ranging from NT$20 to NT$65 depending on travel distance. A 150-dollar "One-day pass" purchased from service booth will allow unlimited travels among all MRT lines within one dayl Take Metro Banqiao Nangang Line(Blue Line) to 「Taipei City Hall」station, from exit, then 1. walking on Keelung Rd. directly, then join onto 1-6 Rd. and TICC Main Entrance. 2. taking Keelung Rd., then join onto Songgao Rd., and turn right to Shihfu Rd., the join onto Hsin-yi Rd. and TICC Main Entrance.
