Omotenashi Spirit (hospitality) is the motto at the Itabashi City Hall. All events are free of charge.

The following programs are only for the participants and accompany persons of ODF'14. Please complete registration for ODF'14 before the application for these programs. The application will be closed as soon as the number of participants reaches the limit.

Experience program "Tea ceremony"
